why do some people squeeze that bow?some archers do this and theyll notice torque shots to the left or the right because of this.dont have a death grip on that bow and if your afraid of dropping it buy a bowsling. it could mean a fatal hit on your next trophy..

Amen to the bow sling
This piece of equipment solved a lot of my problems
Now that i don't grip my bow i have no torque and the bow falls forward after the shot automatically thus a clean follow thru

I concur, but have to say that the reason some grip the bow is because they have never been taught differently. I always like to mention that the best way to learn something attuned to proper form is to join a local club and get acquainted with some of the better target shooters. They usually know what they are doing--more so than average joe-hunter.

along with the bow sling, a lot of people rest the bow in the wrong part of the hand. and a lot of people pull to much weight and hang on tight due to this. another thing you can do is get a good quality grip with a narrow design and low wrist.
