buck - all PGC Shooting ranges are closed, mandated by DEP to clean and remove the 100,000 plus tons of lead that have accumulated since 1950 on most of the ranges.
According to PGC they should be opened in time for rifle deer and bear.
I myself went and joined a local gun club, now I can whenever I feel like. My rule if its light enough to see its light enough to shoot.

Go to www.pgc.state.pa.us the PGC web page. It has a section for firing ranges. It states in their to contact the local regional office to see when they open back up due to the ongoing lead remediation. Good luck!! The one I used to use closed down permanently.
