Had to get gas this evening, so we thought we would do a geocache on the way. It was a micro cache and only 9/10 of a mile from home.

We decided to do another cache right before it got dark. It was another micro cache. We found it in a guardrail. If you've never tried geocaching, you're missing a fun time. It's something the whole family can enjoy. The cache is a bank pouch about dead center of pic.

First, you must have a GPS. Go to one of the sites listed in the geocaching links. You will have to register. Once on the site, go to search for a cache. Type in your zip code and it will display all caches in your area. Pick one( or two), enter the coordinates in your GPS, and happy hunting. If you're like me, it's easier to have someone show you the first time. Once you find it, there are usually little trinkets inside. You can trade out items(if you take something, leave something).
