Love to fish for those giant flatheads!
Absolutely Love to eat catfish too. My favorite eatin' fish. Only problem, hard to find good clean water to catch 'em out of. I usually fish for them in the Mon river and some other places I catch and release, too many contaminants pcbs and stuff. I sometime go to paylakes once in awhile for a few eat'n channel cats. Buy the farmraised often at the store.

The channels out of the lower susky are pretty good eating. Likely they spend some time in the upper Chesapeakes brackish water flusing out. i even found some ssmall flounders(2"-4") in their guts over the years!!

I like hooking into the big flatheads. The belly meat is fantastic eatin'... Small channels are tasty too...
