NEW CVA® Optima pro™ 209 .50 Caliber Muzzle loader stainless with realtree camo stock I ran across this deal by accident I was shooting last week with my flinter at the range and from what I could see there was a shooter to my side that was shooting this inline,I could see he was new to the M/L thing and was getting frustrated with it . I tried to help him but after talking with him he said it was not for him and after I was packing up he ask me if I wanted to buy the rifle. I myself have a t/c thunderhawk for years and I only use it when the weather will not cooperate excellent shooter and has never let me down rain, sleet or snow. I just favor my flinters and don't even own a percussion side lock,my son did ask me to keep a eye out for a inline only because he was looking to get started with m/l Long story short $100.00 bucks and it came home with me

I used 80 grains of triple 77 loose all I have to say any thing I stuffed down the bore shot excellent with the factory iron sights.I am not crazy about the crud ring but can deal with it.My thunderhawk also uses 80 grains but no crud ring because it still uses the number #11 cap the 209 caps burn too hot and cause the crud ring: I think
