Not yet in a wheelchair Buckslayer but somedays wish I had one . I got my first ever crossbow last year since pulling back a compound was almost impossible and I'm happy I got one . I harvested a nice small doe with it . Was going to hunt the 2nd season with it but on news years eve I was in the hospital getting my appendix removed. Grrr.. what next . Told the doc to take it out and stictch me up I needed to get out hunting , but he said I don't think you'll be hunting for a while . Boy was he right ...lol Hope you find some x-bow hunters in chairs.. Nice thread.. Take care.. Dan

Also not in a wheelchair yet, but headed there. My hubby got me a Crossbow to hunt with and I am loving it. So far so good. 1 shot and a kill every time. I always wanted to hunt with a real bow but my body just won't let me.

I can still mosey along but getting in a tree stand is definitly out. I,ve had a permit but really never had the desire to get back out. my neighbor sold me a crossbow his wife used(she up graded) and invited me to hunt with them this season.
