use 4-6 green,red or skinny yellow peppers clean them out. use 1-2 lbs of ground venison mixed with 1/4 ground beef and chopped onions to add taste and hold meat together being venison is so lean.. use minute rice 1-3 cups depending on how ricey you want it to be[remember rice expands] and mix into venison and i always add a lil spagetti sauce into the mixture then stuff your peppers with the rice and venison mixture. pour a lil water and spaghetti sauce ontop and the cover with tin foil. 1hr-1-20 on 400 degrees there ya have it venison stuffed peppers
