boil some rice in water using however much rice you want,drain and add in some gravy or mushroom soup that together. separately cube your chukkars or pheasant sauteing them with onions,butter.mushrooms and green peppers mix with the rice mixture quick and easy.thickens overnight.

i also use a half can of beer sauteeing the mushrooms ,onions and chukkars .when the rice was cooked i used a jar of turkey homestyle gravy...man o man what a treat this is..

I make this with Uncle Bens wild rice & cream of mushroom soup, it is very good!!
