I use this with chicken and with grouse. It feeds me and 5 kids, but we don't get seconds. You need one bag of egg noodles, 1 family size can of cream of chicken soup, 1 or 2 chicken breasts or 1 or 2 grouse breasts. slice the breasts into cubes about a half inch in size cook them in a frying pan with butter or oil. cook the noodles by boiling as usual. drain any excess oil or butter from the meat. drain the noodles but do not rinse them. place the noodles back in the pot and add meat and soup. stir the ingredients together well. (you can put it back on the stove to keep it warm)

tbass, really good with a wild rice mix, especially if you saute' some mushrooms with whatever poultry breast you use. Providing, of course, your kids will eat mushrooms!!(mine won't eat them, I make 2 batches, one with & one w/o)
