if you have a heart attack i heard aspirin can help ya out until you receive medical help is this true??

Aspirin can help because it thins your blood and reduces the work your heart has to do to pump the blood. They have documented that taking an aspirin during a heart attack can save your life. Its not as effective as nitro tablets of course.

Absolutely, just as tbass said. They even sell low dose aspirin just for this.

just some tips don't eat after 7pm at night eat salads ,turkey, chicken cut out the pastas and red meat only couple times a month eat plenty of veggies broil or poach then pan frying or breaded foods, cut out white bread eat wheat or muti grains i switched about yr and half to wheat and very rarely eat any white bread a lot of breads have lard in them

I always keep some coated aspirin in my pocket when I'm in the woods.
