fergie10 that xbow shoots good. buckslayer had one man it shot nice. just be careful whenyou shot the bow that nothing is near the limb tips when you pull the trigger. also may need to invest in a cocking aid. good luck with the xbow

Best of luck with your new crossbow. From what I've read, the exocet 200 is quite a weapon. How is the deer hunting in your part of Canada?

Good for you. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do my Equinox. Try the Fastflight Flemish string rather than the endless loop Dacron string that it comes with from Excalibur. Mine shoots more accurately and about 20 fps faster with it. I'm actually getting close to the 350 fps they advertise.

i spend most of my tiem these days hunting whitetails out in OHIO...for various reasons...I find myself sometimes the only one that actually carries a bow, most of the guys I hunt with out there carry crossbows.. Sometimes, on public land in the parking lots people are getting things together and they look at me like I'm nuts carrying a bow!!! They always laugh at me and tell me to move into the 21st century already...starting to make me think about this..it doesn't really bother me but it's starting to make me think about buying one..one things for sure, if I would have had one, two seasons ago Iwould have shot the largest buck I've ever seen...but he spied me drawing back..I can still see him walking away...he was massive and I think was a Booner without much of a problem...
