I carry a kel-tec 9mm p-11 every day. Very light and hard to beat for the money.

Been carrying the same old M36 S&W snubbie ever since I got my first carry permit. Small and light enough to carry concealed comfortably, packs enough punch for what it's intended for...up close and personal self defense. No safety systems to disengage or failures to feed. Do like the larger grips on newer versions of the M36 though.
Little rascal is fairly accurate, even at 25 yards. Sometimes carry something a bit more deadly if it's cold enough to wear more clothes and it can be concealed easily. Have toted a M686 4" or a 1911 Springfield, still prefer the M36 for comfort.

I usually carry a derringer. Just bought a Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan in .454 casull. I want to get a pancake holster. Anyone ever get a holster from Simply Rugged? And yes, we do have grizzlies and moose who run amok in Southern Lanc. Co. There are some BIGFOOT here too.

Yeh mine goes everywhere bear, I talked my brother into getting one too, he did and his was jamming but then I found out he wasn't doing a thurough clean after each use. That fixed his problem. I like the hard trigger, kinda feel like its a saftey feature in a way.

You guys like the Kel-Tec 9mm?? I have the P3-AT and almost forget I'm carrying it during the warmer weather. I've never has a FTF or FTE on it yet after almost 300 rounds,,,but being a .380,,,,I'd like to upgrade. Is the 9mm that much larger?? Reliable?? I carry a Springfield 1911 during the "more concealable" months.

From what others say either you like em or you hate em. Not the best for constant target shooting but I have mine for self defense only. I'll still take it out and shoot a box to stay brushed up. For a 9mm its concealabe IMO.

I carry the .380 for personal protection only. It's not what I would call accurate in the least,,but it's good for what I use it for. I would just like a little more firepower. Granted,,I wouldn't want to be shot by either one of them.

I'd say 9mm still concealable but a tad more pop in it, just depends on how much pop you want. 380 will for sure get the job done plus I like that 9mm and 380 shells ain't that expensive. Wal mart a box of 100 9mm is like 15 or 16 bucks. Only thing I buy from wal mart. Never hurts to go to your favorite gun dealer and check it all out!
